This was my first time recieving botox and I saw Saifally at the Flatiron office. He was 10/10. So patient, informative, and gentle. He could tell I was very nervous about needles and accommodated me accordingly. I was unsure which areas I wanted to do and he advised me without making me feel pressured to do to much. He also picked up on certain facial features very quickly and adjusted my Botox treatment to them which I loved. I also really appreciated the whole vibe of the front desk associates. They were friendly and chatty, which helps when you’re dropping that kind of money on a ~20 minute proceedure. I am about to hit my 2 week mark and while my forehead is completely frozen to my standards, I am still seeing slightly movement in my 11s (not sure if that’s normal) so I’m going to see what the process is to get a touch up but all around 10/10 experience and would highly recommend
