AVOID THIS COMPANY LIKE THE PLAGUE. We paid our deposit of £1,000 before Covid and the company went into administration. We were told our product could no longer be supplied however we could cancel the order and our deposit would be refunded. This we did. We have now been told our deposit will not be refunded. We were forced to pay by cheque as their credit card machine was not working at the time of placing the order so have no cover. We cannot believe that Everest has been bought out by Everest and they are allowed to get away with this. We have contacted the CEO and he is not interested. We have been told to contact the administrators and make a claim and have just found out that we will probably get about £10 back! Yes you read that correctly, our deposit was £1000 and we might get £10. Everest has been taken over by Everest which seems so wrong and by doing this all their debts have been wiped clean. If you decide to place your business with them bear in mind it could happen again and you’ll be the ones losing out. The company is an absolute disgrace.
