Ask them how many times they have dissolved their company “Everest”? Not once, not twice. This is a regular ploy to wriggle out of their warranty. The 10 year warranty isn’t worth the paper it’s written on. We had work done in 2016. They’ve dissolved their company at least twice since then. When you phone requiring warranty work “Oh, that was Everest (insert year) which no longer exists. The warranty was with them. Goodbye”. Don’t be fooled by their marketing…they’ll take your money and run. The work may look good initially to the untrained eye. What actually only becomes apparent in time is the poor quality installation. 3 independent surveys state poor quality installation. Still dealing with the second set of issues with door now. Shameful and dishonourable behaviour. Take your money and run folks before they do! A heartfelt AVOID from me!
