The food is good, but the delivery is a nightmare. Unfortunately both times I've received this service the courier didn't leave the package at my door but rather took it to the post office to be collected 24 hours later, at which point I had to take time from work to collect it and the food was no longer frozen. The postal worker also scolded me for sending frozen food by post (of course I didn't choose to send by post, that was Every Foods). Customer service provided a copy-paste answer that didn't address the actual issue (and seemed they didn't even read the complaint), and in fact their answer contained incorrect information saying it was UPS when actually they use SwissPost. It's unfortunate, because the food is convenient, but they aren't using the correct couriers for delivering frozen food products, and the customer service is very poor.
