After an initial enquiry with what I would like, they emailed me back in a very timely manner, a layout and mock-up of my enquiry (branded water bottles) but also included an extra idea with my branding that I didn't even think of (cooler bags). It is very rare these days to find businesses that have initiative and great communication. I purchased not only the water bottles that I initially enquired about but also the extra added cooler bags that weren't even on my list of merchandise for our business.
