I've been buying from E5£ for years, (international purchases as i'm not on the UK) but unfortunately i have noticed a huge decline over the last years concerning their organization and costumer support I had several problems with orders i made that didn't arrive, faulty items, international shipping prices have gone through the roof, and so on Because of that i drastically decreased my purchases on the website But on August the 24th 2021 i decided to try once more and ordered a dress I received the order confirmation email, but after that no other info about the shipping details More than 3 weeks later as i had no follow up on the item, and on the orders page it had a tiny line saying: Quantity shipped 0, i contacted the company through the website They answered me to an email i have registered on Paypal, but which is not the email associated to the E5£ account, and they questioned which email was the correct one (when they have the account email recorded on the section "My account information", it has remained the same for 10 years) After a couple of days they sent another email saying that due to technical issues the order hadn't been sucessfull, so they were going to refund the payment (before this point i had never received a cancellation order info) Bottom line, they had the payment on their side for almost a month, and only when i claimed the item they found out the order wasn't "sucessfull" and cancelled it If i hadn't questioned were the parcel was, and if it had been shipped, i would still be waiting for it, and without the money This has happened more than once, reason why i cannot rely or advise anyone to rely on this company procedure mode So if you order from them, it may go well, but if it goes bad, remember that you already read something about it....
