I am a regular customer and find the site easy to use. The purchased items vary in quality and are often from recognised companies such as the higher end of the market and sometimes Primark. You can also shop over a couple of days and they keep your items in your bag for a couple of days,which makes postage more economical. I would recommend it to everyone who does not mind the risk but they also have a returns option.
