Working with this company has been, without question, the worst business experience I've ever encountered. They completely botched the order, and the printing quality is abysmal—far below any reasonable standard. To make matters worse, key items that were supposed to be included in the order never even arrived. Despite these glaring failures, they refuse to send the missing parts and dismiss the subpar quality of the product by hiding behind their terms and conditions, claiming that discrepancies between samples and the final product are "acceptable."
Their idea of rectifying the situation? A pathetic 10% discount on a future order—as if we would ever consider doing business with them again after this disaster. This level of incompetence, combined with a lack of accountability, is truly appalling. The company’s failure to address such fundamental issues speaks volumes about their disregard for customers. Worst customer experience I’ve ever dealt with.
