This product definitely helps babies/toddlers that have eczema. My 2 year old has been taking it since 1.5 years & his eczema has gotten noticeably better. I thought his gut flora must have been well established after months of the product, so I stopped it (let's be honest; it's pretty expensive!!) and within a few days, he started scratching more and he started to get new eczema patches (although, not too bad). So we just went back to ordering more... if you can afford the price tag and your little one is suffering from eczema, I would say, it's totally worth it!
