I like the product. I'm not sure if my original purchase had a manufacture defect or if the product doesn't actually stand up like the reviews and videos show that it should. I contacted Evolutive Labs for a replacement and had to pay $9 for shipping for a replacement of a case I had less than 2-3 months. I don't think that I should have had to pay as I don't believe it was my fault the product has had issues. I am thankful they sent me a new case however I don't believe I should have had to pay $9 for shipping as I don't believe it cost more than $2.50 to ship. My review of the product is at this time inconclusive. After I have the new case for a period of time I will be better equipped to determine if the original was just faulty or if the product itself doesn't withstand normal use.
