The product, RhinoShield, has performed well. It did suffer a scratch/dent when my son dropped a scissors point down on it (covering an iPad), and due to the small blemish (which could be considered wear and tear), Evolutive Labs agreed to send me a new one for 50% off, plus supplied me a coupon for future person. So I was impressed by their product and their customer service!
