I ordered one of their cases and screen protectors earlier this year. The case started to have some scuffs and issues on the sides and front, even though I'd never dropped my phone. I wrote into Evolutive labs to see if they would cover it under warranty. They were quick to respond and not only covered my case under their warranty, they allowed me to change to a new color and even replaced my screen protector as well. All I had to pay for was shipping. Truly amazing customer service! I would highly recommend their case as well as it's been great. I haven't had to put it to a true test yet, but I'm confident if my phone does drop, that it will be protected.
