The customer service is great. They helped me a lot in getting my orders even though there were some problems. I got the bundle pack, which includes the screen protector and the bumper. I've been using them for around 3 weeks. I like the bumper aesthetically and functionality wise I haven't had the misfortune to try it. There are a few chaffing marks on the audio input hole and charging hole due to charging and inserting ear piece. However, I'm not that pleased with the screen. I notice a long scratch about 4/5 of the phone screen width. I notice the scratch when I was taking my phone out of my pocket and I don't carry keys in my pocket. So I don't know how the scratch got there. Even though the screens were advertised as oleophobic and scratch resistant, it failed to deliver Overall, please with the bumper but not so with the screen.
