Customer service is excellent. I'm glad that they stand behind their products. My bumper was cracked. Sent an email to customer service and received a response within the day. My claim was processed without question. Additional info re: CARE for the bumper was given. I was very pleased with the service and decided to buy another product. Playproof case for iPhone 6.
