I purchased a personalised case from you but unfortunately it arrived damaged. Despite reaching out via email immediately to report the issue and request a refund, I was informed that only a replacement was possible. The replacement case would have taken another 2 weeks to arrive so I expressed that this was impractical for me as I needed a case to be able to use my new phone but all of my emails from then on had been ignored. I am truly disappointed in the customer service of this company and the quality of the cases that they send out is poor.
