Three years ago the Rhino Shield system was applied to our home. The product recently started to crack, peal and bubble. I contacted the Area Manager - Tim - and was referred to the Supervisor - David. Both Tim and David were greatly concerned and took care of the issue. The guarantee does work -- our home was completely redone. I was so happy with the crew, as they were professional, timely and worked with great care in their duties. I am very happy with the process and outcome.
