On top of that, as a former French customer now living in Quebec, I order a new shell, telling myself to give it a second chance. I pay US$26.50 for delivery on an order of over US$70, very expensive delivery, already unhappy with the experience I decide once again to continue reluctantly for another model even more expensive. One last surprise: I receive a DHL customs payment request for $22 to receive my hull. That's over $160 CAD to protect my iPhone. I really feel like I've been ripped off.
