Very bad experience, I had already hesitated to recommend you because my first case was always loosening up and not protecting me well enough to break the rear glass of my iPhone 12 Pro the first time I dropped it outside my home. I wrote to customer service to find out if they could contribute to the cost of repair and to express my dissatisfaction, but they were obviously very polite and refused to respond to my request. All they offered me was a 10% discount code to recommend 👍🏻. At the price it's worth, the quality isn't there, buying a $15 case on Amazon is the same thing. What's RhinoShield to me now? Only very good marketing - I can say that, it's my job - which makes you feel confident, but the product and customer service are not up to scratch. On top of that, as a former French customer now living in Quebec, I order a new shell, telling myself to give it a second chance. I pay US$26.50 for delivery on an order of over US$70, very expensive delivery, already unhappy with the experience I decide once again to continue reluctantly for another model even more expensive. One last surprise: I receive a DHL customs payment request for $22 to receive my hull. That's over $160 CAD to protect my iPhone. I really feel like I've been ripped off.
