Before I purchased their compact power bank, I confirmed with the customer service team that I could use the power bank to charge my iPhone X with a cable. So I happily purchased it along with the MagSafe case, thinking it would make my life easier on my business trip next week. When I received the item last week, I discovered that there is no USB port on the power bank, and my phone doesn’t charge properly with the MagSafe case. It only charged less than 10 percent in more than one hour, and both the power bank and the phone became very hot. It’s a very disappointing purchase. I contacted the customer service last week and am still waiting for their response.
