Worst customer service. There are better options out there. Don't bother. Short version: They sent me a defective product, I told them within 30days of receiving the product and they refused to refund me. Long version: I ordered a phone case, it was defective, falling apart and had very sharp edges that cut my hands. I emailed them within 30days of delivery. After 4 MONTHS!! of emailing with them about it, they refused to refund me because it was after the refund window (which was a LIE, because when I first emailed them FOUR MONTHS before, i was within that window - not to mention there is nothing in their policy that says there is a time limit on defective products). These scam artists just strung me along for four months. I will never buy another product from them. I ordered a charger stand, which works great, but was is too expensive for what it is, especially because the convert from US to CAD. (So also not great for non-US customers).
