I have been a customer in australia for a few years, and I am proud to say our aussie customer service and sales culture has certainly crossed boarders. Often times in japan if you have an issue with a product you have to go through an extremely painful process to replace or return it. This was not my experience here. My previous board worked flawlessly for 4 years so when my new Stoke had a few issues I knew it wasn’t normal. Evolve JP team were quick to help, offering amazing service (in perfect English of course), in a friendly and accommodating way. Going far above and beyond what they needed to do to make me happy. I will definitely be back here to grab any accessories and perhaps a new board in the future! Thanks evolve!
