Received a delivery of exercise bike from Hermes/Evri. The person left it leaned on the dor so when my wife opened the door it fell on her. When we said that it should not have been left it this way and that it was dangerous, instead of saying sorry about this the delivery person was arguing with us saying did you give the delivery instructions how I should put it? This is common sense and my 10 year old will know better. Fortunately my ring camera has recorded everything and I am going to file an official complaint as I have taken the number plate of the car as well. This is totally unexpected. Even if he would have said sorry we would ignored it, but instead the person was very intimidating and threatening us. I don't think I will feel comfortable receiving parcel from EVRI / Hermies especially knowing that it could be this person again ! This needs to be taken very seriously.
