This company is a joke!
Made a complaint as they lost my parcel I had insurance on they refuse to pay me back, and now they try to give me the number to call, where you can't even talkyo anyone!!

They lost £350 worth of parcel!!!!
And they just try to wash their hands… no communication no support nothing..
Why have I paid insurance than? ….
14th September they said they will pay, today suddenly changed they mind?…??
