My parcel hasn’t been delivered since 7th of April. It doesn’t update the status on the site and the customer support agent hasn’t been emailing me back for 4 days now. They promised to deliver it on Saturday but I never heard back from them.
There’s no option to talk to a real human via chat bot or call. I have texted my phone number but they never called me.
