I would say the customer service is bad, but it’s non-existent! The tracking informed me my parcel was to be delivered yesterday between 12-1, but 11:06 they cancelled with no explanation. I’ve had no updates since then, despite trying to contact them numerous times, your only option is AI bot, or automated phone call. Hopeless. How are they still in business?
