The worst courier service i have experienced! Had 3 parcels to be delivered was home the 3 times they “attempted” delivery. No bell rang (it was working I tested) no phone contact, just an email saying the delivery failed because no ine was home. Called the call centre to have the parcel delivery investigated and automatic response was given saying they are having technical issues and cannot pick up my call. Its a joke not a service. The only courier that I had problems in my address there is a functioning bell and i provided my contacts. Unexisting service and terrible customer support.
