Evri must be the worst company in the UK! Utterly useless at delivering and non-existing customer service! Every single time it's a nightmare! The bot in the chat understands you want to talk to a real person but never puts you through, because they obviously don't exist. The phone number 0330 808 5456 they claim to operate between 8am and 4pm is always an answering machine, there's absolutely no way of being put through a real person! Yesterday I changed my plans to stay at home for a delivery between 6-8pm (which had already been a changed time slot) to make sure they don’t simply dump in front of the door. They didn’t turn up, there’s no revised delivery slot on the tracking details, and I can’t talk to a person to know if/when they’ll deliver. The answering machine tracks my parcel number to the wrong road, although the correct address is associated with the tracking details. It really couldn’t get any worse. Unless, of course, they’ve lost my parcel, which has also happened in the past.
