You have no physical customer service. You lost my parcel when I redirected it due to an inconvenient time. You messed up post codes, sent the parcel back to the sender but phot proof shows 3 doors down the road and the parcel in the photo was not the parcel that the sender sent me. No means to contact you and send you my evidence of how useless you are, so I am posti here how ridiculous you are. Notice the unmatched tracking numbers and the postcode I need to put, which I managed to track due to an Evri contact I had. The postcode I requested this be redirected was M40 8BA. What is worse is that there is now way to contact a human. I will be consciously avoiding Evri service and will decline any delivery related to your business.
