I won’t use Evri ever again! I’m an Etsy seller and I ship literally 50% of my orders internationally. Etsy recently introduced Evri labels so I took a look at the prices, great I thought as they are considerably less than the Royal Mail’s tracked service. Being a business owner I thought this is great I can lower my shipping costs, and pass the reduction on to the customer and at the same time look appealing to international buyers, well that’s what I thought!!! NO I WAS WRONG!! I’d say around 50% of the parcels I have sent have been lost!! I’ve had customers complaining about significant delays and on top of this I have had continuous label adjustments sent to Etsy where Evri claim i’ve not sent via the correct weight and dimensions!! Obviously this is wrong, as all my information on the customs forms is spot on!! So i’ve been charged extra for probably every single parcel i’ve sent. As I bought the label on Etsy they automatically charge my account, one adjustment was for an extra £7.72 for a large letter that weighed only 10g!! This is when I knew they are just grabbing anything and everything being sent by online platforms and charging more at customs!!! They will go bust and stop trading soon, and I hope they do too!! Customers are being ripped off and robbed by this dreadful company. I don’t know how on earth they are allowed to trade anymore. DON’T BUY EVRI LABELS!!
