Everything. You sent no fewer than 20 e/mails with a slot which you then subsequently
cancelled. My supplier then sent a replacement order with a different courier which arrived the following day. The order you were supposed to deliver came 8 days later, your delivery driver did not announce he was here, the bell works, I checked. The order was dumped on the doorstep as you knew I would not have accepted the parcel had I realised it was being delivered. This service is atrocious, I will not order any parcel if I know you will be delivering in future.
