I ordered goods from a golfing company called FinalPutt. What I didn't realised at the time is they drop ship from China and unfortunately they use EVRI as their UK delivery partner. Firstly, EVRI said they could not find my address. The building is called the Steam Mill, its a very large old Steam Mill on Steam Mill St. On each side of the bulding it says the Steam Mill in very large letters you can see from across the City. Then they said my package was actually lost. I noticed after a week or so the staus had changed to goods being returned to sender, so instead of going to the trouble of trying to deliver them again they just thought, nah, let's send them back to China. The supplier sent a second delivery to me which was fine until it ended up in the hands of EVRI again, this time they failed to deliver due to an incorrect delivery address, it's not, I've checked and doble checked. They didn't try to contact me or redeliver, they just sent the goods back to China again. Both times I tried to resolve with their customer service and I was just ignored. EVRi time I see a shipping notification from a supplier via EVRI, my heart sinks. Avoid, avoid, avoid.
