There are mountains of Evri parcels waiting at Clapham Park Road Post Office (SW4), including over 50 of mine, that haven’t been collected for 7days. The Post Office staff get no response from Evri, and there’s no way to contact the local depot.
This is appalling service and is seriously affecting my business. Evri must fix this immediately.
