Evri has completely failed me. Two of my parcels were scheduled for delivery three times each and still never arrived — six failed attempts in total. The tracking system is useless, showing the same recycled updates over and over, with no real explanation.
This isn’t just my bad luck either. Several of my friends have had the exact same problems with Evri: failed deliveries, parcels marked as “attempted” when no one ever showed up, and items left in random places without notice. It’s clearly a pattern of incompetence, not a one-off.
Customer service is non-existent — you can’t get through to anyone who takes responsibility or actually solves the issue. Evri is unreliable, unprofessional, and not worth the risk.
I’ll never use them again, and I’d warn anyone who cares about their parcels to avoid them altogether.
