Out of my last 6 deliveries EVRI have misplaced 4 with the 5th taking 10 days in the 'Out for Delivery' phase and the 6th being the only one arriving as scheduled. Their Customer Service is atrocious, only able to talk on the phone, chat online or email 'ChatBots' no human interaction. Complaints issue the exact same email from who appears to be the single person running this desk (another chatbot) called 'Claire' who issues the exact same useless lies stating that ... "I'm Claire and I'll be taking care of your delivery enquiry. Firstly I'm sorry we haven't delivered on time for you. I can see the reason for the delay is that the parcel missed the connection to the courier." .... How can a parcel 'Out for Delivery' NOT be in the hands of the Courier? I can't comprehend how a courier service can be consistently so diabolical and untrustworthy, have such poor performance and zero regard for their customers. Every time I see a parcel dispatched to me by EVRI my heart sinks.
