Had 6 parcels coming from abroad with Evri delivering the UK part of the journey. Every single one was stolen with fraudulent proof of delivery (including a black square), no GPS data and impossible delivery times. Reported to Evri and they couldn't be less interested, had to use the chatbot and if it was a human being, they were being as difficult and unhelpful as possible. Do not use them - calling themselves a delivery/courier company is a joke. Absolute gamble whether you get what you're expecting.
