Every time my parcel is shipped with Evri, I already know there will be a problem. The delivery never arrives on the promised day, and their tracking system is useless , it just stops updating for days. I’ve had parcels marked as “out for delivery” that never came, and when I check later, there’s no update or explanation. You can’t even contact a real person; it’s just an endless chatbot that doesn’t help at all. It’s frustrating that so many companies still use Evri despite all these issues. They seriously need to improve their communication, reliability, and customer service or stop pretending they’re “delivering happiness
