The absolute worst customer service I have ever experienced. Incredibly unhelpful. AVOID at all costs. When you try to call up it makes you put in your parcel reference, wait on hold and then says 'technical error' and hangs up.
Their contact page is completely useless. Nobody responds on email, phone or chat and there is no way to escalate the matter further.
