Recently purchased Dualtron Eagle Pro from eWheels. The decision to buy from them was easy, other online companies did not respond to inquiries. eWheels staff stayed in touch during the selection process and answered all my questions and concerns. The purchasing process was easy and the scooter was promptly shipped. Didn’t end there...they followed up to ensure I received the scooter. The scooter had an issue which sometimes happens but there was no “two step”. They contacted me and did everything to expedite the return so the issue can be addressed to include sending a FedEx shipping label. Truly a team effort by the staff to make me a satisfied customer. So far I am. Highly recommend them and the scooters they carry are highly respected in the “scooter world”. Thanks to Jason and his Staff.
