This 5 star review is based off of the eWheels company in general, not so much on my recent purchase. I feel like I should clarify because there was an issue with getting my shipment handed to FedEx over multiple days, which made the $170 I paid for overnight shipping completely pointless since I didn’t receive my order until 6 days after I placed it.
I had to contact someone to check out what the problem was on day 3, otherwise who knows how long it would’ve taken. No reason for the delay was given but my card was refunded $50 from the $170 I paid for shipping, leaving the remaining $120 to sit as a slightly less painful, but still very irritating thorn in my side.
I can understand that problems pop up sometimes and especially so during the current craziness, so I’m unwilling to knock a star off of a clearly 5 star company that’s done a lot for the community, pushes product improvements and continues to kindle a passion for the products they provide. These things mean much more to me than a circumstantial slip up so I stand behind them and will continue making my purchases with eWheels.
