I received my scooter from ewheels and have no problems so far. Very satisfied. Room for improvement: 1. Change footer of the website from 2017 to 2020. If I wouldn’t see reviews on YouTube and referrals to this site I would never purchase it as website doesn’t reflect trust especially if footer is outdated. 2. Make website mobile friendly. It’s 2020 outside everybody making purchases through their phones. It’s very hard to navigate from iPhone, I can imagine how will straggle android users. 3. Have phone number on the website. Customer support through email it’s not good. Ability to call and have live person on the phone to help you is the level where you should aim. 4. Have better manual for your products so customers will not be frustrated and will bother you less.
