I only recently joined the electric unicycle hobby and community and based on recommendations on YouTube and references on reddit I decided to purchase my gear via eWheel. I’m very impressed with the level of service from eWheels and Jason. No other internet shop that I’ve dealt with has been this helpful and willing to go the extra mile on purchases. I accidentally purchased the wrong fast charger and rather than going through the pain of sending it back they mailed out an adapter to make it work for my particular eWheel. I only wish they had more products that I can purchase like ankle pads. Thank you, Jason!
