The short review, Ewheels is freaken amazing. The PEV world is slammed, I get that. Demand is nuts, supply is super limited, and the customer service of even the best companies are stretched. I've had no end of unanswered emails, dodged phone calls, and hollow promises of delivery from other companies over the last 6 months. Then I stumbled into EUCs, and Ewheels. Fell in love with the unreleased S18, so a preorder went in for that. Ewheels has been giving constant updates on order status and ETA. Decided it would be good to learn how to ride before the S18 showed up ( 😆 ), so ordered a KS 14S. That was at my door in 3 days. 3 weeks later I'm almost not terrible on it, haha. Then my 4 yo daughter loved "riding" (while hands were being held and in the house) the KS14s so much that it only seemed natural to preorder a Gotway Mten3 for her to eventually learn on. Totally not for me to play with till then. Totally. Same as the S18, excellent updates on ETA. Through it all, customer service has been amazing. 100% honest answers to questions, quick answers (even on the weekend!), following up on orders to make sure I was getting the right fast chargers, being awesome as we go though the wildfire season (we were evacuated around the time the Mten3 could have show up, Ewheels was totally on top of potential change of shipping address), etc etc. All and in all, very satisfied. Obviously, haha. Thanks again!
