This seller is a bully! He will do everything in his power to silence you. I had a conversation with him regarding testing a laptop and if it doesn't work I'll return it back. He confirmed that it's fine and that they offer replacements and refunds. Guess what? After checking the item and discovering that it's faulty the seller refused to refund me! I left him negative feedback on eBay but unfortunately eBay sides with sellers against customers. So, do not be fooled by his feedback. Because what happens is that eBay keeps removing all the negative feedback he gets which is a bad practice that eBay allows to protect bad sellers.
