I was a long time user of Ideal Shakes, and the company has gone downhill since switching to Exante. I received product in damaged packaging that spilled all over the rest of my $200 order. That product that spilled smelled rancid and stunk up my house. I asked for a replacement flavor for the damaged product and was told it could only be replaced with the same product since it was the sample size. It would cost the same to ship out either package so it is a ridiculous policy. I won't be purchasing again based on the product is now way over-priced, sent in cheap packaging, and has poor customer service.
