I have lost weight with these meal replacements, and I think they’re good at filling you up, so I’m pretty happy. But there are significant downsides to how they’re sold. The multi-week boxes are completely pot luck and while I liked quite a lot of the meal replacements I hated others. There seems to be no way to avoid a diet box containing the things I hate. Having to throw those away feels like a waste of money, so I’m not prepared to risk it. The range of items available to buy separately is extremely limited. So I ended up buying loads of one thing I knew I liked. Very boring!
