Exascale have been hosting our firm's servers for over three years. We've recently migrated our VoIP service to them and we're very satisfied with the price and quality of the service. We've had very few problems, but when an issue does present itself the Exascale support staff are knowledgeable and helpful. Being based in the UK, business hours and maintenance windows align with our own business hours, which has been a problem in the past with other USA-based hosts. We're intending to migrate our broadband connectivity to them in the future.
