I am deeply disappointed with the service provided by this company for my son's 6th birthday party. We had planned a Nerf party for him and 20 of his friends, but the company never showed up. Initially, they informed us that they had a tire blowout and would be 30 minutes late. I promptly informed the other parents about the delay. Later, they messaged again saying they had changed the tire but were afraid to drive on it due to vibrations. I suggested they take a taxi or hire a van, but they didn’t follow through. They then promised to send another driver, so I updated the parents once more. Eventually, I received a call stating that even the backup driver wouldn't come and that I would receive a refund. This left me with no party setup and 20 disappointed children. The lack of professionalism and reliability from this company is unacceptable. I trusted them to deliver a special experience for my son’s birthday, and they failed completely, leaving us with nothing but a ruined celebration. I would not recommend this company to anyone planning a special event.
