I received outstanding service with prompt processing of my order and fast delivery of securely packaged items. Brian included extra blades and a bottle of Lomond EDP free of charge. It seems to me that Brian knows how to look after his customers. If my experience is anything to go by potential customers can expect to source excellent products and receive customer service second to none from the ESC.
