Hi, Mr Mulreany is always very kind and proffessional but concerning post & packages there are some disadvantages though. Either I got a broken package despite I declared it was to be a gift* to my son, or there is none or poor/unclear information about the delivery. It was not my intention to complain at the first place but since you send me an email I did after all. Beeing an EU member customer it’s even more delicate since you have to pay a lot more compared to begore brexit. You sadly don’t but from UK any more unless you have to.
