Good selection of products. Good Black Friday discounts. My order got caught up in the post strike and they were speedy and responsive in answering my enquiry about this. Also helped with product advice when I asked. I'm a relatively new wet shaver and have already used them twice. One thing that would help would be a lower threshold than the £75 for free postage. More in line with one of their competitors would be better
