Fiat deposit not credited after 8 days, even used all the same details as other times. no one from payment team contacted me to solve this problem it was I who message FOS TERBOO N . ORG for help when my deposit wasn't credited for more than 8 days.
Always everything was fine until i have tried to deposit bigger amount into exopip! no one was replying non anyone was telling me where my deposit was.
